My Story

My inspiration to run the London Marathon 2023 is my nephew who was born with an upper limb difference. He is 19 and inspires me on his determination and has achieved more than I have in tasks that he has completed. I am running in support of raising funds for REACH https://reach.org.uk/. Reach is a charity that supports children and families who have an upper limb difference across the UK and Ireland.

Separately I also want to create awareness to all out there that when in need of help and support there is always someone or an organisation to reach out to in times of need.  I have found running/exercising of benefit to my mental health and would encourage anyone to take up some form of achievable exercise within their capability.

If you are able to support me by donating please do, if you are able to support me by cheering me on please do. Remember there is always someone or an organisation who can support you.
