Orbis is an international charity (www.orbis.org.uk) and leader in the global fight against avoidable blindness for nearly four decades. Our vision is to make eye care available everywhere, for everyone, so no one has to experience the consequences of avoidable blindness.

1.1 billion people in the world live with visual impairment:

·       90% is preventable or treatable.

·       More than 670 million people live with uncorrected refractive error – the world's most prominent cause of vision loss.
