My Story

So ...... I’m a bit of a late entry,  only getting a place in the marathon in February officially. But,  when Helen and Douglas House called up Oxford United Football Club to see if they had a willing participant to take a London Marathon spot and be the club representative, how could I say no! So so pleased to be able to support this amazing charity and work done by Helen and Douglas House and feel so pleased and privileged that they thought of me to run for them. 

With such little time to prep I’m really trying to get those miles clocked in, but as you can imagine it’s really tough in a short space of time so the legs are extremely sore!!!!

Any donations that can be provided to spur me through my accelerated marathon training programme would be received extremely gratefully , and of course going to the amazing local charity at Helen and Douglas House.
