Bridget Lopez
My Story
Hola guys!!!
My name is Bridget Lopez and I’m fundraising for London Community Foundation (LCF) to run the London Marathon on April 23rd. I appreciate you supporting an organization that gives back to their community. As a leader of Yonkers Running Project (YRP) community groups do make a difference in our area. Running has impacted many lives dealing with mental health, obesity, self-care and community morale. Organizations such as LCF recognize the issues in their areas and are investing in the people and this is the type of organization I stand with.
As my first official fundraiser, London Community Foundation (LCF) believes that communities often characterized as poor and disadvantaged are rich with ideas and assets. When these ideas and assets are maximized, small community groups can make a big difference. They support communities in every London borough, addressing a range of issues such as mental health, loneliness, homelessness and knife crime.
To all my supporters I’m thankful for your donation!! Help me on my journey to earn my 4th major star and to have more diverse runners participating in these types of events. Representation matters! We going to LONDON BABY!!! Si se puede!!! Let’s Go!!!
Forever grateful,
Bridget
