My Story

I will be running the 2023 London Marathon as part of the MS Trust.

The MS Trust ensures everyone with multiple sclerosis can access the treatments and services they need. From providing information to help people with MS live the best life possible, to training MS health professionals to offer the best care, their assistance is there so that multiple sclerosis doesn’t have to be managed alone.

I have chosen to raise money for MS Trust because I know that there are people that rely heavily on the support they provide. The charity is therefore very close to me personally.

MS is a disease that damages the body’s central nervous system. This is caused by the body’s immune system mistakenly attacking the nerve’s protective covering which is there to help messages travel smoothly. This causes a wide range of symptoms including numbness, loss of balance, vision problems and fatigue.

Thank you for any support that you can provide. It means so much to me and will help countless people who struggle daily living with multiple sclerosis…
