My Story

After many years of trying, I have finally got a place in the London Marathon! In April 2023, I will attempt to get myself around the 26.2 mile course and finish somewhere just off the podium!

I’m very pleased to be raising money for an amazing local charity: St Elizabeth Hospice. Here in Suffolk, I think most people know at least one person who has benefitted from their palliative and end-of-life care. Alongside this, I recently found out about their relatively newly established Zest program – bridging the care gap for young people previously being looked after by a children’s hospice, once they reach a certain age.
