My Story

For those of you who know me, know I'm not a runner...certainly not a marathon runner! But hopefully by April I will be and would have raised some money to a charity close to my families heart. 

I have chosen to run for the brain research charity as my wonderful brother has sadly been diagnosed with a glioblastoma brain tumour twice in his life and has been fighting it for the past 12 years! 
Therefore I'd like to raise as much money as I can for my brother Luke and all the other families that have to go through difficult brain traumas. 
UPDATED - In January 2023 my brothers cancer started growing again and has just started having chemotherapy treatment giving even more reason to raise as much as I can and complete this marathon!!
