My Story

On 24th May 2018, my beautiful friend Georgia sadly passed away at the age of 24 after a battle with Leukaemia. Georgia loved life and she was a ray of sunshine to be around. ☀️ I will never forget our daily chin wags in the filing cupboard at work or how much she used to make me laugh out loud until my cheeks hurt! ❤️

Georgia was treated by the Haematology unit at University College Hospital London. The money raised will be used to support HCC to purchase new equipment, train staff and fund research into treatments.

I also sadly lost my Grandad Len to Leukaemia in 2019, so now it is my chance to give back.

I couldn’t be happier and more grateful to be raising money for HCC. Thank you to James and Simon for helping make this happen.

I ran the Kingston Half Marathon last October and the Hampton Court Half Marathon in February in aid of HCC. HCC have given me this bucket list opportunity to run for them in the London Marathon, (3 days after I turn 30! 🎈)

No donation is too small and I will be sharing my marathon journey and training plan across my socials, so stay tuned and wish me luck!
