My Story
Down Syndrome Liverpool is a local charity that supports families and carers to ensure that people with Down's Syndrome are given the opportunities to reach their full potential. They have supported us as a family since Sophie was a baby and she is now thriving through the opportunities to socialise with other young people with Down's Syndrome. From the weekly football and tennis sessions, to the support groups and advice, they really do provide an invaluable local service for families of children with Down's Syndrome, as well as young people and adults.
