My Story

I'm running to raise money for the amazing Epilepsy Society, which transformsuu the lives of people living with epilepsy through world-leading research, advocacy and care. This condition deserves far more attention and support than it sometimes gets. 

This is my first ever marathon and it's quite daunting! I had to defer my 2023 London Marathon place because of injury. (A non-running injury! Just three weeks before the race!) But I'm determined to honour my commitment to all my generous 2023 sponsors, who donated a fantastic total of £2300. And I'd like to raise even more this year. Epilepsy sufferers need it!

And maybe I can get close to a four-hour finish time. If I dare to try...
