My Story

Over the past 18 months I've had the privilege of working with one of my best friends, without a doubt the most positive and charismatic person there is. Despite intently listening to my trivial life stresses daily, he privately faces his personal battle with kidney disease, something that affects 3.5 million people in the UK. 

Having gone through two kidney transplants before the age of 5 and spending the majority of his early childhood in Great Ormond Street, he really is a medical miracle. His current kidney was meant to last 8-10 years but has lasted an impressive 22 years & counting...

This nasty disease involves unpleasant treatments as well as uncertainty and long waits for transplants, something that the wonderful people at Kidney Research UK are fighting to prevent. By donating to this cause you're funding vital research to help those like my friend.
