My Story

Most of us come from privilege - of being able to walk, run, touch, feel or see.  To acknowlegde that not everyone has the ability to do the things we easily can, and sometimes take for granted, I want to raise awareness through Whizz-Kidz on the importance of mobility for young wheelchair users.

I am running the TCS London marathon to support Whizz-Kidz who empower young wheelchair users by providing wheelchairs, equipment, support and confidence-building experiences they need, and campaigning for a more inclusive society.

Having witnessed the multiple challenges that close family members of specially abled children go through on a daily basis, with the lack of access to the right resources, infrastructure and support, I feel humbled to be able to raise awareness on this platform and contribute to this cause that is extremely close to me.
