For the last seven years Julia has lived with stage 4 breast cancer with a smile on her face and a determination that couldn’t be matched by anyone we know. 

 

Part of the reason Julia was able to maintain a life which she wanted to live is the MRI scanners at Paul Strickland who would notice the smallest of changes so that the team could act on this and ensure her treatment matched the current plan. 

 

Julia embraced everything that was asked of her and did this so that she could live a life that gave her purpose and her favourite word , HOPE!

 

On the 28th April 2023 Julia sadly left us after an unexpected change in her condition that happened in between scans which has left us devastated. 

 

Julia’s wish is for people to continue to benefit from the fabulous team at Paul Strickland who played a critical part in giving her hope for the last 7 years of her life and all donations will go directly to the appeal.
