My Story

Hello! I am taking on the TCS London Marathon in 2023 for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.

I am currently a serving member of the Royal Air Force, so this charity's work could have a huge effect in my career and help me, my friends, and my family. My mum also ran The London Marathon for charity a few years ago and has inspired me to follow in her footsteps. I am excited and prepared to work toward this tough challenge and achieve something I've always dreamed of completing.

SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity is a trusted source of practical, emotional, and financial support for serving personnel, veterans, and their families in their time of need. In 2021 our trained teams of volunteers and employees helped more than 66,000 people, from Second World War veterans to those who have served in more recent conflicts, or currently serving (both regulars and reserves), and their families.

SSAFA understands that behind every uniform is a person. And we are here for that person and their family, any time they need us and in any way they need us.
