My Story

Hi, thanks for visiting my page.

I started running 4 years ago to try and lose the middle-age-spread. That goal hasn't been too successful, but I do enjoy getting out at the weekend for a run. I have run a handful of 10k races for fun, but really want to challenge myself by running a marathon.

The London Marathon is a bucket list item and I've been lucky enough to gain a place through the National Trust. All the money I raise will go to Attingham Park. We have been visiting Attingham, as a family, for 20+ years. It has 4,000 acres of land to explore and is a great place to lose yourself for a few hours.

The National Trust are involved in nature conservation, the fight against climate change, the promotion of sustainability, preserving our national heritage, and working with local communities to make sure everyone benefits from the places they look after, and that they’re welcoming to everyone.

There are lots of amazing charities out there and these are financially challenging times for everyone, but every penny of sponsorship is hugely appreciated and I know will be spent very wisely by the National Trust. Any money you give will help push me over the finish line.

Many thanks,

Nathan.
