My Story - Not that interesting, but the story of PSPA is one of great kindness and togetherness, of which I intend to continue throughout my life.
WHAT IS PSPA - WHO IS PSPA

Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) is a neurological condition caused by the premature loss of nerve cells in certain parts of the brain.
AND
Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD) is a degenerative brain disease that affects people from the age of 40 onwards.
All in all, It f***ing sucks! Something we all wish doesn't happen to ourselves or anyone we know
This is an illness which can be treated and one day will be cured if YOU help and donate!! The most important thing to make clear is your donations truly does help an individual with PSP or CBD. R&D is the main focus for the charity. You should keep in mind when choosing between £1 - £100 that the bulk of your donation goes to the understaning of what causes PSP and CBD.
PSPA is a charity my grandfather, Brigadier Michael Koe setup as his loving wife had PSP and at the time there was no charity or much support. Like the legend he is, the Brig decided to take action and in honour of Sarah Koe, PSPA charity was born.
PSPA is not a big charity, but it is a charity filled with optimism and volunteers who's goal in life is to help those in need. My amazingly wonderful step-father Simon Koe and his three brothers, Jamie, Richard and Digby have run collectively over 40 marathons (including the marathon Des Sables) and have quite literally bled for PSPA.
NOW you can get involved and help contiune the amazing work PSPA does for those who carry these horrible illnesses.
For those who know me and my terrible hair line I will make an extra incentive if we reach £5,000+ I will also shave my head after the run.
SO, PLEASE - take 1 minute out of your day and instead of buying that pint at the pub or the extra bag of crisps you don't need, DONATE and help those in need.
