The goal this year is to run as near to 4 hours as possible ,i completed Malaga marathon in December in 4 hrs 23 minutes , so with lots of luck and lots of training ill make 4 hrs.ive been working with Brentford trust for many years on various projects they do great work in the local community thanks for any donations
