Regan and Radley

My Story

We (Radley - uncle and Regan - niece) are running the London Marathon to fundraise for a charity close to our hearts. We have set a goal to fundraise £4000 for PACT (Parents and Children Together), which will help PACT with the placement of children with secure and loving families, continued support through therapeutic services, supporting and empowering women facing multiple disadvantages and the recovery of children affected by domestic abuse.

PACT is close to our hearts because Radley's niece, Regan's cousin is a social worker at PACT and we are just amazed at the fantastic work she and her colleagues do at the charity bringing families together, providing therapeutic support and supporting women through tough and difficult circumstances. We feel privileged to be able to run for PACT and support its great work.

This will be the first marathon for the both of us. Regan started running at the end of 2021 and ran the Auckland Half Marathon last year in October. After taking a short break from running she is keen to take on the next challenge - and what better challenge than the London Marathon! Radley ran two half marathons last year but it's been a life-long dream to run the London Marathon. Radley's Mum and Regan's Nanny ran the London Marathon many years ago. She has sadly passed away and this is a great way to respect her memory and follow in her footsteps (quite literally!).

PACT does amazing work but relies on the donations of others to keep the cause alive. We believe in what PACT is doing and the impact it has on so many people's lives....so please help us and donate what you can to help us achieve our target of £4000.
