My Story

Hello, friends and family! I am running this year's London Marathon and fundraising for World Jewish Relief.

WJR is providing humanitarian support across Ukraine, as well as working with refugees in Poland, Moldova, and the UK. They have worked in Ukraine for around 30 years and have a network of 29 local partners across the country, making them extremely well placed to provide food, cash, medical, material, and psychological support to those most in need.

They are currently working in 89 towns and cities across Ukraine via longstanding local partners. They have supplied more than 3.4 tons of medication and more than 75,000 food packages through their humanitarian corridor, reaching more than 100,000 people so far, with a focus on the most vulnerable groups. They have funded buses for evacuation of families from Kyiv, Odesa and Zaparozhye. Their partners are also reaching places that others cannot - they were some of the first to get humanitarian aid into the liberated towns of Bucha and Irpin, Borydanka and Chernihiv.

Please consider donating to this worthy cause and help me get to the starting line in London this April.

Thank you!

Rick
