My Story

Samantha Brooker

I'm so excited to be participating in the London Marathon 2023 and running to raise money for the amazing charity of the National Deaf Children's Society. 

I'm running for this charity because growing up with partial hearing has its challenges and can feel very isolated and lonely in certain environments and the charity aim to help children in a similar position to strive and accomplish there dreams with support along the way. After having my daughter and being back & forwards with hearing tests for her due to congestion on her ears from birth it makes you appreciate even more what this wonderful charity does to support children with hearing impairment. All donations big or small are greatly appreciated and will make a huge difference. So thank you!
