My Story

Having completed my first and only marathon in October 22 (the virtual London) I felt I really had unfinished business with London. 
So I am lucky enough to have got a charity place through MIND to run it in person in London with the mass participants in April 23.
This has become a special charity to me over recent years as so many people close to me have been effected to various degrees by mental health issues. With the NHS stretched to beyond its limits, MIND has been a godsend for a lot of people seeking help. 

So, here we go again. This 53 year old bird is training again. (Only this time I know how much it hurts 😂). 
There will be lots of fund raising activities going on over the next few months for all my friends and family to get involved with. And I thank you all now, from the bottom of my heart, for your support and love. ❤️
