My Story

My name is Shaun Orris and I am the only son of Bobby Orris. I was only 20 when my Dad was cruelly taken away from us with bowel cancer. And now another 20 years on I want to run the marathon once again in his memory.

Everybody who knew my Dad will tell you what a kind, caring and funny man he was. A true one of a kind that was taken from us too soon. Everyday I live my life and raise my children in a manner that I hope would make him proud. 

At the ripe old age of 40 I am preparing to run the race with both busted knees and back, so please give generously and help stop this awful disease that is still causing heartbreak for so many more families.
