Wakefield Hospice is committed to providing the highest level of symptom management and care for people who have advanced active, progressive and life threatening illnesses. We support the needs of people living with life-limiting illness, and those close to them with skill, compassion and care.

The hospice is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are able to support people at any time, day or night with their specific needs. We also provide a Bereavement Service to support family, friends and important others of patients that we have cared for.
